Our taxi driver who was supposed to get us tickets to the ferry unfortunately did not, and we ended up standing in the insanely hot sun on the dock while helplessly watching hundreds of other tourists get on. We still don't know what happened, but it appeared that he had made a deal with the guy who was in charge of the dock to just let us on sometime when there was some room. We were both stressed out and wilting in the sun. Eventually, we got on a ferry.
